All original assets, graphics, and intellectual properties belong strictly to their respective owners. This service is provided entirely as a non-commercial modification for educational and legacy preservation purposes.

Users are expected to play fairly. Any use of unauthorized software programs, internal cheats, memory manipulation tools, or malicious exploits to gain an advantage or disrupt the game server environment will result in immediate termination of your access to the Nextieria services.
